Dearest Rose, you are precious indeed! You are such an adorable Pembroke Welsh Corgi, with that soft-looking, pretty-colored fur and that sweet face with those lovely big brown eyes and what is certainly a big smile. You are gorgeous in each one of those great photos, and thank you for sharing them with us. How cute you are all dressed up for your Fourth of July celebration!

And what a story you have to tell! You are paralyzed in your back legs, a condition which developed just over the past year. You do not give up, and you always try to get places in your own. You take walks / rides with your dear person, who is also disabled, on his/her mobility scooter. You are her/his protector and best friend. You love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

Congratulations, darling Rose, on being chosen today's Dog of the Day! We hope you and your dear person and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.

What a beautiful, most precious flower of a girl you are, Rose! Oh, how I love that smile!! And you sure have nailed that classic, "come hither" head tilt!!!

How lucky your Mommy is, having a loyal and loving companion and best friend, a protector and furry family member, a soulmate in YOU!!! What comfort and joy you bring to her life, just as you did to her Grandma's life as she faced such serious health challenges. I'm sorry to hear of your own physical limitations, dear Rose, your Mommy's disability as well. But not even your limited mobility can keep you from enjoying every minute of life, every day with your Mommy to the max!


She does not give up always tried to get places in her own. Rose goes shopping with me. Protects me is my best friend I am disabled myself they say that dogs resemble their owners, that she does, if any dog in this world to me is special, is mine Pembroke Welsh Corgi Rose.

How blessed you and your Mommy are, having each other to love and to lean on. Every minute of the day, every day of the year, you are there for your Mommy, just as she is there for you; riding together her in her scooter, taking "walks" and shopping, as two girls are known to do!:D What a treasure you are, Rose, truly heaven sent, and so very deserving of your big day of honor!

Thanks for the BIG smiles, sweetheart! Meeting you this morning, reading your Mommy's heartwarming tribute and being treated to all of those utterly heart-melting photos has made my day! I hope you're enjoying a very special Dog of the Day celebration, sweetheart...spending special time with your Mommy, taking a ride around the neighborhood, maybe doing a little shopping; receiving tons of cuddles and kisses; being loved and pampered to pieces; treated to all your heart desires and more!
