Hi Bedlam! Happy Dog of the Day!!!:)

What a treat, having the rare Bedlington Terrier as our featured honoree!:cool: I met my first Bedlington while helping out at a friend's boarding kennel. Wasn't sure if I was looking at a pup or a baby lamb, but for sure I was smitten!:D

I can't imagine how you came to find yourself roaming the streets, Bedlam; why no one came to claim you! But what a stroke of luck for your future furever human, as her/his dream of being a Bedlington parent so serendipitously came true! And by all accounts you've exceeded your Mom's every expectation, bringing so much joy, love and laughter, and yes, a bit of bedlam, lol, to your family's life! How blessed they all are, including your new skin sister, having a beautiful, soft and sweet, gentle and loving furkid and best friend in you, sweetheart!


She has a new human baby sister at home, and she immediately knew not to jump on anyone holding baby and to treat baby with utmost gentleness. She has also accepted the huge changes to her daily life with grace, and I try to make that up to her with wet food (her favorite!) and extra treats.

Aww! What a good girl, and so deserving of those extra treats! What fun your skin sister is in for over the months and years to come, having a beautiful furry friend to play and bond with! Ahh! Life is good!:)

Dearest Bedlam, what a beautiful Bedlington Terrier you are! You are absolutely adorable with that curly white fur and that sweet face with the lovely big eyes and those long ears. You're gorgeous in that jeweled collar! You have the most delightful personality, too, and you've brought so much energy and fun into your dear people's lives. I wish I could reach through the screen and over to California to pet you! I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved person will pet you for me. She has wanted a Bedlington Terrier since she was a small child, and you have lived up to her hopes and made her dream come true! You love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

Hello, Bedlam in California! Happy Dog of the Day!

It is very nice to meet you today! I've seen the Bedlington terrier on the Westminster dog show, and your bio and up-close pictures give me a huge smile! Congratulations to your family on your newest member! Your fur looks so soft and wavy, and I like your long ears, your darker eyes and nose! I like your sparkly collar, too! How wonderful that you needed a home, and you made your mom's dream come true!

Now you have a new young human at home, and things are a little different. You are handling it well! I know from the dog show that terriers are smart and energetic, so I bet you are doing great with the adjustment.
