Dearest Felix, what a stunning, good-looking guy you are! You're an actual NORWEGIAN Norwegian Forest cat, with some Persian mix thrown in. You're an absolutely fabulous feline, with that thick, long, fluffy brown-tabby and white fur that looks so soft, and that sweet face with the long, LOOOOOONG white whiskers and eyebrows and the cute pink nose and those lovely big green eyes. Thank you for sharing that great photo with us! I love the way your fur is short on your face but then gets much longer going down your body. I wish I could reach through the screen and across the ocean to Oslo to pet you! I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved people will pet you for me ;)

And what a great story you have to tell! Your dear people got you from a shelter some four years ago. You'd been found wandering the city all alone, your long fur in knots. I'm so glad someone rescued you and you wound up at that shelter! There you were cared for with expertise and gentleness and love. Your matted-up fur was shaved off, and new thick, luxurious fur grew back in. And then you met your Forever Family there. You and they fell in love with each other, they adopted you, and you went Home with them!

Since then, you've been living the life you deserve (and always deserved)! You're a happy indoor cat who gets taken out for short walks in the backyard. You're very enthusiastic about your meals being served to you! You know when feeding times are coming up, and you alert your people starting about an hour before to remind them. (My cats are just like that, too.) You're very sweet and funny, and your people adore you. You and they all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

Congratulations, darling Felix, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear people and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.

Hi Felix in Norway! Happy Cat of the Day!:)

Oh my! What a breathtaking beauty you are, Felix! Your long, full coat is simply gorgeous, and your luminescent emerald green eyes simply stunning!:eek: I don't think I've ever seen greener eyes on a kitty!

I had to laugh, learning what a trouble maker you were at the shelter!:D Silly kitty! Didn't you know that to get adopted it was required you put your best paw forward; winning over potential adopters with your many um, charms?:p Well, clearly your c-attitude wasn't reason enough to keep your family from choosing you to be their very own, and what a heavenly match it turned it out to be! As we like to say here in the U.S., "a lid for ever pot!" And now, happy to be have been chosen to be their one and ONLY, you're the poster kitty for fine manners, finally living the good life, treated to only the best; spoiled to the max and loved unconditionally! What more could a kitty hope for! hehe How lucky your family is, having a beautiful, sweet and loving furkid and best friend in you, Felix! You're a treasure, and so very deserving of your big day of honor!

Thanks for the BIG smiles, Felix! Meeting you has been a joy! I hope you were treated to a very special Cat of the Day celebration...taking a walk in our yard, chowing down on tasty vittles, cuddling with your humans, being loved and pampered to pieces!
