Cat of the Day

Why has there been no new cat of the day since Nov 24th? Has something changed?:confused:

Karen, our site administrator was admitted to the hospital.
This is what she posted on November 25:

"So sorry for not updating the websites today . I am currently in the hospital unexpectedly. Have been since last night. I have a ventral hernia that parts of my small and large intestine are poking though, causing bowel obstruction. I will be having laproscopic surgery to correct this tomorrow morning at 7:30 am. Then we will see when I can go home and update the sites again!

I was not expecting this, obviously. "

Thanks evryone, I am home now, and will resume the sites updating tomorrow.

Welcome home, Karen! That's wonderful news! I hope you're feeling much better now.

And please take care of yourself first! Be sure you feel up to it before working on the sites again. We'll wait ;).

Glad you are home and getting better, Karen. Like many others I was getting concerned when the post didn't change. I've read cat of the day every day for several years and really appreciate the time and effort you put into posting new cats (and other pets!). It always puts a smile on my face at the end of the day- no matter how the day has gone. All the best Valerie ( New Zealand)
