Dearest Charlie, what a gorgeous guy you are! You are certainly a fine figure of a fellow, so much there to love! That brown tabby and white fur is so pretty and looks so soft, and you have such a sweet face with those long white whiskers and lovely big eyes. How good that you help your dear Purrrson with craft projects! Are you taking measurements there for tailoring a new suit for yourself? You will look very dashing in it! I wish I could reach through the screen and over to South Yarmouth, Mass. to pet you. I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrson will pet you for me ;).

And what a delightful Purrrsonality you have! You think you're Garfield from the comic strips, with that special ability of his to smell any food and follow the scent like a bloodhound. You're a big boy, 19.5 lbs, a real "chunka monka" as your dear Purrrson puts it so colorfully! You make your presence known when you settle on a lap. I'm so glad and grateful that your Purrrson adopted you after your previous owner could no longer keep you. You're a real cuddle-bug, and you're settling in nicely to your new home. You two love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

Congratulations, darling Charlie, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear Purrrson and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats. (Perhaps some lasagna, Garfield's favorite food?)

What a handsome tabby fellow you are! I like your sweet face, your lined eyes, and your wonderful tabby markings! Your fur looks so soft to pet! Since I can't pet you, I hope your person will give you some extra pats and snuggles for me!

You have a very good ability to smell food, and follow the scent! You are also a cuddle bug, settling yourself on your person's lap. Best of all, you are a much-loved kitty! PURR-fect!

And while it's never fun, having to be re-homed, we're so happy to learn you've settled in so nicely with your new mom!
