I'm so happy to hear you're doing so well after having been dx with Cushing's; healthy and happy and going strong! My Lab Star was dx with Cushing's as well, and with the help of medication and testing went on to live an amazing near 17 years!
How blessed your family is, having a furkid as beautiful as you, having known your love and devotion the past 11 wonderful years, with many more yet to come! You truly are a gem, Oscar, beautiful inside and out, simply the best! And great thanks to your family for choosing rescue, welcoming brother Junior into the pack with open paws! What a wonderful family!

Dearest Oscar, you are utterly adorable indeed! What a gorgeous Dachshund you are, with that silky soft-looking brown fur and that sweet face with those long Dachshund ears and shiny black nose and lovely big brown eyes. And how absolutely wonderful and perfect you are in your hat there, all set for the Fourth tomorrow! You have the most delightful personality, too, and you make your dear people smile with your antics and energy, playing with your red ball, going wherever they go.
