Hi Maggie! Happy Dog of the Day!:)
What a beautiful Chow x GSD you are, Maggie, inside and out! I'm so very sorry to hear of the neglect you endured at the hand of your first "family." But blessedly you are finally living the happy, active, carefree and love filled life you always deserved! Endless thanks to your wonderful family for seeing you for the diamond in the rough that you were, giving you all the time you needed to blossom into the happy, confidant, trusting girl we meet here today! You've even graduated basic obedience, ready to take charge of the agility course! Your amazing transformation truly is living proof of the healing power of time, patience and unconditional love!!!
She was neglected by her owners for the first six months of her life. Maggie had to be taught how to play, bark, and other things that most dogs normally love to do. But with lots of love and attention (and patience) Maggie now can do tricks and even barks when her Dad get home from work.
In fact, you're the poster girl for the priceless rewards of rescue! How lucky your humans are, having a beautiful, energetic, sweet and loving furkid, a full fledged family member in you, Maggie! You're just as special as they come, a treasure, and so very deserving of your big day of honor!
Thanks for the BIG smiles, sweetheart! Meeting you today, reading your heartwarming rags to riches rescue story has been a joy! I hope you're enjoying a very special day of celebration...playing with your kitty brother, Michael; perfecting those tricks and practicing some agility; cuddling with your humans; being loved and pampered to pieces! Lots of love, hugs and smooches to you, beautiful Maggie, our very special and most deserving Dog of the Day, EVERY day! Love to kitty Michael, too!:love::love:
SO beautiful!!!
