Although I've never been mom to a hermit crab, living on Cape Cod, with its countless tidal pools, I have the pleasure of observing your fascinating behavior from late spring through fall! But how neat that your humans get to interact with you each and every day, as you scurry about your tank, interacting with the fish and beating up on your "little brother," Rocket!;) What a lucky human is yours, having such a special and unique best friend in you, Nolan! You're a treasure!

Dearest Nolan, what a beautiful Hermit Crab you are! You are so pretty, and you have the most delightful personality, too. You are friendly, and you take your algae pellet (or two) right from your dear person's hand each day! You share your tank with lots of fish and The Rocket (your smaller hermit crab housemate you sometimes brawl with), but you are the boss of the tank! You and your dear persons and fish and even The Rocket, we bet, all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

Nolan is indeed, VERY nifty! What an exquisite little dude. I'm glad he has a job, head B of the tank that is. Clearly he takes his job quite seriously. Nolan is King, let there be no doubt about it! Nolan is also a very wonderful POTD!
