Greetings Periquin in Mexico! Happy Pet of the Day!:)
What a gorgeous Red-Lored Amazon Parrot you are, Periquin! Your brilliantly colored plumage is stunning! And how sweet is that face!!!:)
I was so moved by your backstory, Periquin, learning of the horrible start at life you had! Thank goodness your hero rescuer, your human's great grandmother, came to your rescue and finally, the happy, carefree, love filled life you so rightly deserved was yours! And what's so extra moving is the fact that despite the neglect and abuse you suffered in your early life, your deformed leg, you never lost your joyful spirit! You even love to dance, just no baths!:D
We can only imagine, being the emotionally vulnerable, "one person" boy that you are, how devastated you were at your human's passing.:( But once again your guardian angel was watching over you, assuring that you would stay in the family, and the rest is happy history!
What a very special bond of love and trust you and your human share, Periquin! How lucky your she/he is, having been chosen by you to be your one and only, your human soulmate! You truly are one extra special, brave and beautiful boy, Periquin, a fighter and survivor, simply the best!
