My dog is peeing in my roomates room after she got a cat

Any suggestions on ways to stop this behavior. She is not peeing in my roommates room on a daily basis - it's an occasional thing. The cat has been here for about 8 months now. The dog seems to want to be friends but the cat just hisses and spews. Also, now that the roommate has a cat I'm not sure she gives the dog as much attention as she used to. The roommate is an old friend and has known the dog forever.

It's possible that it is behavioral, because of the cats.
First, though, you should let a vet take a look at her to rule out any bladder issues, and then go from there.

The easiest solution is don't give your dog access to the room
