Mongo is very sick -- pancreatitis, diabetes, diabetic ketoacidosis

My Mongo -- cat of the day on January 4, 2017 (http://catoftheday.com/archive/2017/January/04.html) -- had a rapid decline last week and was in critical care for several days at the emergency vet. It was touch and go for a while, but he stabilized enough to come home the day before Thanksgiving -- a blessing. He is doing okay for the moment, and on insulin for diabetes and other meds for pancreatitis. mongo I don't have extra to send at the moment. Would your workplace or stores you shop at let you set up a donation jar?

One idea is to ask for pennies. 10,000 pennies = $10. Now that doesn't sound like much but people are usually glad to get rid of pennies. They add up!
