Please tell your human parent that you should NOT be "swimming," which, sadly, has been fatal to many, many cavies. I've been a cavy/GP parent for over 30 years and GPs do NOT enjoy swimming; if they are in water, they will swim for survival only, not enjoyment. Dearest Alexa, what a beautiful little Himalayan Guinea Pig you are! You are so pretty with that soft-looking fur and the sweet face with the lovely pink eyes. And you have the most delightful personality, too! You came to your dear young friend as her very special present for her 11th birthday, and you make her smile with your energy and antics. (Probably better not to go swimming, though.) You and she love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
