Cole's diabetes...

...is officially in remission!:D

I did a glucose curve on him yesterday and emailed it in to my vet. She called me today and said no more insuliin.

I do have to do a recheck after 72 hours to make sure his levels are ok, as well as keeping an eye out for weight loss and increased urination.

With Heidi's Monroe being so ill I didn't really want to post this...but some good news is always welcome, and hopefully it will spread to Monroe as well. :love:

Cole had no insulin Wednesday night and has been off it since then. Today (Saturday) I took a pre-breakfast glucose level and it was 7.8. Nice!

He's also much less likely to eat Oscar and Zoe's food in addition to his own. ;):D
