Hi Abby! Happy Dog of the Day, sweetheart!:)
What a beautiful Blue Heeler you are, Abby! Hard to believe you're 11 years young! You don't look a day over 5!:cool: Endless thanks to your daddy for sharing so many utterly heart-melting photos with us, the perfect start to my day! Your baby pics are beyond precious!:D According to your daddy, you don't exactly fit the profile of the typical Blue Heeler, but there's no doubt you're the perfect match for your Heeler loving family, especially your dad! I didn't know Heelers are known to be 1 person pups!
As with many Heelers, she's a one-owner dog. And I am her only concern. She follows me around, but if her sister Heeler Pepper is following me around, then she'll stay back in reserve. Unless .... I'm petting Pepper than she trots over and demands equal, jealous petting. Speaking of petting, she's not too interested in being petted other than by me. For me, she'll lay down and show her belly. For others, including my wife and kids, a pat on the head is allowed, but that's it. Don't get all over me!
You're a "daddy's girl," alright, just as I was! Nothing better!:D But while you may have a "fave," I'm sure you love all of your humans, in your own special way! And how lucky are they, having a furkid as special as you in their lives! Great thanks to them for welcoming you home those many years ago...even minus a tail!;)
You truly are a gem of a girl, Abby, beautiful inside and out, and so very deservng of your big day of honor! Thanks for the BIG smiles, sweetheart! Meeting you has made my morning!
