Daisy problems

My dog keeps on jumping on everything, barking, and scratching at people. no matter what we do we cant get her to stop! have any ideas? :confused:
She does it to everyone, including me! She's a collie and she's only 9 months old but I want to stop the habbit before it gets worse.
