What a handsome boy you were, Ginatro, and a perfect example of your breed. It is too bad you were sickly your whole life, we are sorry that meant you time on Earth was short, but you obviously packed a whole lot of living into those years. We are not surprised you did well in the show ring, but more important than that, you were - and are - a greatly loved boy! And we know your last thought was of joy for the ride, and love from you girl, so no dog could have it better. Congratulations Gintaro, up at the Rainbow Bridge, you go find someone to lean on for some loving, as we know that's a skill you guys are all born with!

Congratulations on being crowned our extra special, Sunday honoree, Gintaro. What a beautiful boy you were, such a fine representative of your breed, of the canine spirit! I hope seeing you being honored here today puts a smile on your lady's face, for you truly are most deserving, not merely Dog of the Day worthy, but "heart dog" worthy. You were but one of 30 dogs your lady has had the pleasure of sharing her life with. And while no doubt each of them was special in their own unique way, it's clear it was you, in your brief 6 years on this earth, who touched her most profoundly, are the one she holds closest to heart. I'm so sorry to hear of your health challenges, Gintaro. You battled your immune deficiency, each bout of pneumonia, with such grace and courage, and the fact that you were able to continue to enjoy life, performing so impressively in the show ring despite your health challenges, is testament to just how special a pup you were. Even when it was clear your time to leave for the Rainbow Bridge had come, you showhow managed to find joy in anticipation of that final car ride. And blessedly, as you took those final breaths, your lady was there by your side, holding you close, sending you off to the Rainbow Bridge with your heart full of love. What joy you brought to your lady's life during your brief 6 years on earth, Gintaro. You truly were her heart dog, her furry soul mate, her Dog of a Lifetime. So, until that joyful day when you and she are reunited, run happy and healthy at the Rainbow Bridge, sweetheart. You've earned your angel wings!:love::love:

They say the good die young and you certainly proved that.
What a handsome boy you were. At least you found a loving family.
Some dogs never have that.
Your story has made me cry.
