What a handsome tabby you are Zipper, though I do wonder if you got your name because you like to zip around? Or does your purr sound zipper-like? It is great your neighbor found you and brought you to your forever humans, even if they did not know they needed a new cat - you knew it, and the rest is history! We love your picture with your doggie sister, and we are so glad you persisted and won her over! And it is funny that she wants you to play roughhouse with her, but you couldn't care less about that! You are such a photogenic dude, too, and it is cute your folks included your baby picture! Congratulations, Zipper, you are Cat of the Day!

Oh, dearest Zipper, what a handsome fellow you are! You are a fine-looking brown tabby boy, looking out at us with those lovely green eyes, and your fur looks so soft. We love your baby picture and the one of you and your good pal Lucy looking out the window. I sure do wish I could reach through the screen to Katy, Texas to pet you both! But since I can't, I know your loving and beloved Purrrsons will pet you both for me ;).

And what a great story you have to tell! We're so glad the neighbor found you and saved you and brought you to your Purrrents. They were grieving the loss of three beloved cats over the previous year, and you have helped to heal their hearts and bring them comfort and peace. You make them smile with your antics, such as dragging your fishing pole around and down the stairs and playing with Lucy and hitting, catching, chewing and chasing balls of paper. You all love each other very much, don't you! What a delightful love-filled home you all share.

What a Great Dynamic Duo you and Lucy make Zipper , that is proof positive that despite the movies Cat and Dogs that they are not instinctive enemies that they actually can make very good Companions.

What a handsome, heart melter of aTabby boy you are, Zipper! Something about a Tabby that tugs on my heart strings extra hard! Perhaps because my first kitty as an adult was a silver Tabby. His name was Fritz!

I can only imagine your family's grief, having lost 3 kitties in a year!:( No wonder they were reluctant to open up their hearts and home to another! But as fate would have it, there you were, a mere few weeks old, homeless and helpless, in need of a loving furever home! And so it was meant to be that you and they would find your way to one another, a case of mutual rescue! And oh, what a wonderful addition you were! It certainly was a case of love at first sight for your people, and before long (after a few "I'm the boss" swats:D), sister Lucy would jump on the Zipper fan bandwagon too!:D That photo of the two of your looking out the door is beyond precious! How lucky you are to have not only a loving human family, but a best fur bud in Lucy as well! Yours is truly a rags to riches tale, Zipper! But no one is luckier than your humans, have a furkid as special as you, bringing so much joy, love and laughter to their lives!

Thanks for starting my day off with a BIG smile, sweetheart! Enjoy your big day in the spotlight, endlessly batting around those paper balls, dragging your fishing pole about the house, paling around with Lucy, being loved and pampered to pieces by your devoted humans!
