What a beautiful kitten you are, Amy! It is great you were found and rescued after your momma was hit. How brave of you to appoint yourself protector of your siblings, so much so people though you must be a boy! Well, you and I know that some girls are brave and strong, too! Your golden eyes practically glow, and they pick up all the golds and oranges in your fur nicely! You may only be halfway grown, but you have already been through more than some cats will encounter in 16 years of life! We are so glad you are a loved, safe girl now, and have as much food as you want, and even more love! Congratulations again, Amy, you are now a Star!

Dearest Amy, you are such an adorable kitten! What a pretty little thing you are, with your so-soft-looking brown and orange tabby fur and your sweet face with the big orange eyes. You are so cute in all your pictures, some of them from when you were a tiny kitten. I'm so sorry your mother was run over but so glad you and your siblings were rescued. We hope they all got wonderful Furrrever homes too! I wish I could reach through the screen down to Brazil to pet you.. but since I can't, I know your loving and beloved Purrrsons will pet you for me ;).

And what a delightful Purrrsonality you have! You are full of energy, running and jumping all over the place. Please be careful with all your outside activities.. we don't want you to get lost or run over. Kitties are much safer staying inside!

You make your Purrrsons smile with all your antics. It took you a little while to warm up to your special friend, but now you come to her/him and love to be petted. You and he/she and all your family members love each other very much, don't you! What a wonderful love-filled home you share.

(To Amy's humans - if you think she is too thin, and she eats a lot of what she hunts, she may have some parasites in her intestines. See about getting a safe treatment from your vet - there is a kind that is a gel you put on her neck skin once a month. Maybe you already do this, but I thought I would mention it. :) )

Hey, everybody. Amy's human here.
I'm so proud of her for having won cat of the day and I can't thank the moderators enough for having chosen her. I'd also like to thank all of you for giving her this much love - she definitely deserves it, to be honest. She really is an amazing kitten and to have that recognised makes me extremely happy.
In the end, all I want is for the myth of cats having 7 lives to be true so that she can have 7*16 years of life, and then I'll be able to enjoy her company for the rest of my days. I am definitely lucky to have her and my two other adorable creatures, for they make my days brighter. Sharing Amy with you was a big pleasure and receiving this sweet messages brought tears (of happiness, of course) to my eyes.
