What a rags to riches story you have, Oreo - from being a frail, sickly kitten, now you are TheOreoCat - with your own website, and your own social media accounts and everything! We are glad you have a harness and leash so you can safely enjoy some time outdoors, we know fall in Quebec is a pretty season, so maybe you will have some falling leaves to pounce on for your big day! We are impressed you work so hard to keep other kitties' paws safe, and to help the kitties who unfortunately have been declawed. More education is what is needed, and your sweet face is sure to draw some positive attention to the cause! But most important of all, you are a loved kitty helping your family laugh every day! Dearest Oreo, what a gorgeous Quebecois boy you are! You have the prettiest fluffy white and black fur, and the sweetest face with your cute little pink and black nosie and your lovely pale eyes. I love your photos, first you in the grass enjoying the sunny day safely in your harness and leash, and then you sitting up proudly with your little pink tongue sticking out. And I looked around at your website some. I do wish I could reach through the screen up to Boucherville, Quebec and pet you! But since I can't, I know your loving and beloved Purrrsons will pet you a whole lot for me :).

And what a noble, dedicated cat you are, doing so much good work to help kitties who have been declawed and educate people about how awful declawing is. You are spreading the word internationally about this barbaric practice, which we hope will come to an end before long. Thank you so much to you and your family for all you are doing.

What a delightful Purrrsonality you have! Your Meowmie is a very talented artist, showing off your beauty and Purrrsonality so well. You make your humans smile every day with all your antics. What an incredible turnaround, going from homeless and near death, to a full fledged member of a big, happy, fur filled forever family! Oreo is a very special part of many lives. His Mom found him when he was sick and tiny, her love has made him the unique boy he is today. Pop's love too, and a love of bacons, but mostly Mom. I think. We visit Oreo on Facebook first thing every day, and always come away smiling. What a gift! Oreo told us a lot we did not know about declawing, and we think that he is a perfect spokescat for the cause. He is goofy, and sweet, and silly, and very very wise. He is beautiful and curious and bravely goes where lesser cats might fear to tread, always watched over by his people, of course, and wearing a proper harness so he is safe. He pesters his brother, Coco, and is sweet to his sisters, Besss (not a typo) and the wonderful Sunshine. He is quirky (you have to see his water ritual!) and does tend to poot fairly often! But then, he is a boy, and boys will be boys. He has the best talks with his Mom, always interesting, and is even friends with some ants and a squirrel. We say goodnight to him every night, and wake up wondering what he's been up to. Yes, Oreo has become a big part of our lives. No matter what, he makes us smile, and that is a very important thing for which we are very grateful.
