What a cutie you are, Harvey, and every bit as smart as your TV character namesake! How nice your people did lots of research before they decided on getting you, so they knew that you needed a busy home, and they were excited to get you! It is fun you have learned so much in for first year, and even if swimming is not your best ability, they got you your life vest so you could enjoy the water! Fetch is even more when water is involved, huh? You sounds like a great pup, and like you are an important member of the family now, and I am sure you and they teach each other something new every day!
