Someone Should Tell These Dogs They Aren't Cats. Even If They ARE Super Cute.

Usually, people define themselves as "cat people" or "dog people." Cats and dogs are such different parts of the family, you can easily see why people draw that line in the sand. Cats keep to themselves and are independent. Dogs love being part of the action and need their pack master.
But what about dogs who forgot not to act like cats? These confused canines must have been hanging around their kitty friends too much, because I think they got a little confused...

It doesn't matter if these dogs are having adorable identity crises... it's just so cute! Whatever you do, don't treat your cat like a dog. 95% of cat owners who attempt to take their cats on walks are never seen again.

Now, anyone who even thought "if it fits I sits" was the sole purview of cats has never owned a dog, particularly never a puppy. I will never forget the incidents as our large breed dogs were growing up - like the day Freckles couldn't stand up under a kitchen chair anymore because she got tall enough so it lifted off the ground and moved with her ... Or, even more hysterically, the day Gracie (3/4 Great Dane) jumped with her usually enthusiasm into the recliner, but had grown just enough so her impact tipped the whole thing over, which confused the heck out of her! She's still persist and lie on that chair, even though more of the dog was hanging off that was contained by the chair, but after that day she'd "sneak up on it" instead of bounding!

My mom's Scottie would sit on the back of couches and in open windows. After all, the cats did it, why shouldn't she? I so wish I had pictures.
