Hello Caspian, What a beautiful rooster you are! I'm not surprised you won first place in the competition. I must stay that I learned a lot today from your article. I had no idea that you had to wash your chicken prior to showing; your human certainly knows how to take care of you. I hope you have many years with your family and your chicken friends. Caspian, you are gorgeous! And you have offspring to carry on your wonderful genes . . . may they do as well in the show ring as you have! Never realized that chickens had to go through such a cleansing to be shown and hats off to you for putting up with all the primping. I am vegetarian so hope you will never be on someone's dinner plate and will continue to live a healthy, happy life with your devoted guardian. Happy POTD!:)
