Poor Rocket has been through the wringer since I got her. We did a round of antibiotics for diarrhea a couple of weeks ago and it sort of kind of got better but never cleared up entirely. I took her in for her first vaccine and a second deworming on friday and since then she has been vomiting and had blood in her diarrhea. She is still eating, but not enthusiastically. I'm taking her in at 2pm. She's skinny and dehydrated, though she is still eating and drinking.
I'm scared because the shelter has had two panleukopenia kittens in...I think it's unlikely given that I've had her WAY longer than the 7-10 day incubation period and her sister is fine, but I will feel better after she's seen, and hopefully tested for panleuk.
Please send some good vibes for her to be well soon, and I'll update as soon as I know more.

Rocket got the works at the vet today! She was tested for panleukopenia, thank goodness that was negative! She came home with antibiotics, probiotics, Nutrical and a different food. She also got subq fluids, which seemed to perk her up immediately.

I forgot to say earlier - her vomit has had a lot of rice grains in it from the chicken and rice food the shelter usually starts the cats on. Jellybean liked it fine but Rocket would just lick at it and didn't eat enthusiastically. The vet gave me a can of Royal Canin Babycat and it was like magic! She shoved her little face in as far as it would go and sucked up as much food as she could hold! I drove straight out to the store and got ten more cans!

She is enjoying a well-deserved nap with her sister. (Yes I know the playpen is dirty, it gets that way VERY fast with two spunky kittens in it!)
