I am a renter and while my landlord doesn't mind the dog I still want to be sure to take care of the yard.
I have a small cockapoo and a small area for him. What can I get that I can #1 clean regularly
#2 remove when (if) I move and the grass can grow back #3 keep down the pee smell!

Male dogs (you mentioned his gender in your other post) do not tend to leave burn marks on grass like females do. Is it a sunny area, or a shady one? Damp, or dry? Different ground covers grow in different condition, so I figured I'd ask before I recommend anything!
