Freaking out the fur-kids!

I didn't realize how long it had been since I painted my fingernails until I realized how intrigued/ fascinated/ weirded-out my fur-babies were when I took the plunge today! My nails are now "Pink Chocolate" (sort of an old rose color) and the boys are taking turns sniffing them! Silly kitties!

That is so neat! I'm sure you're having a lot of fun while they check out your new manicure. Isn't it amazing how our sweet kitties notice even the smallest changes we make? I can't help but wonder if they have given their approval. Please give your kitty krew lots of lovies from me? :love: :love: :love:

Please give your kitties some lovies from me too, Amberlee! When I used to keep my toenails pedicured, Cassie would always be there. I wonder if she was interested in the nail polish because of the smell. I didn't want her breathing the fumes so I'd try to keep her at arm's length. I haven't done it for a few months because no one sees my feet in the winter except me.

Ha haaa! Just wait a few days, till you are using the remover to take it off! That smell will have them wrinkling their noses and getting the heck outta Dodge! ;) At least, that's what happened here, last week.

I was a little afraid I was going to paint their noses they were so curious...

Although I think I really need to do this more often. I kept catching sight of my nails all yesterday evening and wondering "What's going on with my nails?" :D:rolleyes:;):D:o
