please pray for Kerrie . Kerrie went to hospital this last week for chest pains and shortness of breath. Kerrie had surgery about ten years ago. when she went to hospital this last week they kept her a couple of days and discharged her. and last night she was having difficulties and a friend stayed overnight with her. Kerrie went to the hospital about a half hour ago. that's all I know for now. Kerrie got discharged from the hospital.. they run a 4 hour test on her heart with a camera in her heart and they could find nothing wrong with her.. (Kerrie had a heart operation about 10 years ago), so they sent her home. she is resting and taking it easy and hopefully her chest pains will go away.. please continue to pray that she will be ok.. she also has arthritis in her legs and uses a cane to get about. her birthday is next month and she will be 66. I call Kerrie the spring lamb. my birthday is this month I be 68 and Diane if she was still with us would be 60 in august this year . for kitties I have Chico and peaches. peaches chases Chico around and Chico has no claws so sometime I need to stop peaches from harassing him.. peaches is 2 years old now and getting to be big.. just please continue to pray for Kerrie that she doesn't have any more problems with her heart and health.. thank you.. pat n Kerrie 20140203.0710

Kerrie will see her doctor today and Friday will see a heart specialist. to see whats going on with Kerrie.. please God let Kerrie be ok.. Kerrie went to church quilting party yesterday and I went with her.. she lives about a half a block from church. but we took the car any ways as its cold out., about 18 degrees... .. we went to goodwill yesterday also and she bought a purse. and then come over to my house for a while then went home where she lives. Kerrie is doing better with all the prayers. and need to know she will be ok.. I asked Kerrie to switch to half caf coffee as she takes full caffeine coffee makes a pot and drinks 3 large cups consuming almost the whole pot of coffee.. when you system gets older it cant handle all the caffeine. and if Kerrie has heart problems she shouldn't be drinking coffee with all that caffeine. coffee is a speed stimulate which is hard on the heart.. I do it myself sometimes so I make a pot of half caf and drink several half small cuts and poor the rest out.. if you leave it sit it is so easy to have a cup of coffee as a pickup which leads to excess before you realize it you make more coffee and repeat.. now is no.. Kerrie has cut way back on coffee and she feel more alert and better.. the specialist (heart) checked her out and said she is ok and gave her some pills for her heart in case she needed them.. thank you everyone for your prayers.. thank you thank you thank you.. pat n Kerrie 20140314.0636

I can recommend several kinds of tea that are nice and flavorful, and much lower in caffeine than coffee that might be good substitutes if you want, Pt, just let me know!
