UPDATE FROM DEBBIE, 11/18:

We have been in contact yesterday with the CCAC team in Georgia, and a rescue is to pick this kitty up this morning, Monday. There is a back-up rescue also 100 miles away who will be contacted if first in line rescue does not come forth.
