My dogs been actind WIERD!

This is her first Christmas with as and shes acting wierd, what she does is everday she runs around like mad then goes to sleep and she didn't do that when it was summer or spring!

Sounds like those pre teen or teenage years! All of my Goldens have gotten those bursts of energy that last for sometimes 5 minutes and then they crash! It's normal!! :D

Maybe the cold weather is making her hyper?

It sounds pretty normal for a younger dog! Also maybe she is not getting as much excersize outdoors as the weather is colder?
