WOW! I didn't realize just how big the dog show in Cleveland Ohio is going to be!
Here is the schedule we will be following for Dusty this week at the show. Wish us luck!!!
On Friday there will be 132 Goldens competing in conformation at 10:00 am in ring 16. There will be 53 dogs competing in Novice B obedience at 8:00 am in ring 2. We are 11th from the end in obedience so we probably are looking at somewhere around 10:00 am.
On Saturday there will be 116 Goldens competing in conformation at 8:00 am in ring 16. There are 56 Goldens in Novice B obedience at 8:00 am in ring 2. We are again 11th from the end so will be showing around 10:00 am.
Sunday is identical to Saturday except there are only 50 dogs in Novice B obedience.
Just so you know... Novice B is basic obedience for people who have shown dogs in Novice before and have attained a title on a prior dog. If you have never shown a dog in obedience before you would enter the Novice A division. This way the more experienced handlers don't have an unfair advantage.
If any of you can make it to the show, please let me know. I would love to meet you!
Here is a link to the show website if you are interested in seeing when other breeds will be shown or more information on what will be going on.
