IF YOU LIVE IN CANADA: (the following is paraphrased from a posting by Debbra McKnight Thomas)
1. pet food in Canada is not regulated;
2. Canadian law does not require manufacturers to list where a pet food product is made on the packaging.
So, products can put "quality tested in Canada" on first glance seems good but could also mean that the product was made in China. Since no one has been able to identify the actual cause of the illness from repeated testing of the treats Made in China, "quality testing" is no longer reassuring if you don't really know where they were made.
