Now Charlie, I see you sitting in that sink and when I read your name I thought you were a boy. But then I look at you and say to myself: That must be a girl:) And then I read that you are a Charlotte and not a Charles!
And what a wonderful girl- on one hand you are very pretty with your white face and three colored tiger stripes and your sweet pink nosie and your bushy tail- on the other hand you are a street fighter who is not even afraid of crows:eek:
You are another example for the saying that good things come in small packages and we wish you a happy day of celebration with your loving purrents to whom we say thankyou for rescuing you when you were a little baby.

Thanks everyone...I feel very special being the COTD......you're giving me a swelled head with all the purdy things you are sayig...not a good thing....burble, chirp.......I've seen many other kitties here that are pretty special too.

She was so starved when we got her that she was caught pulling a piece of ham off hubby`s plate during the prayer at dinnertime...and she didn`t even have the proper teeth to eat it...poor sweetie...it really was funny to open our eyes and see her pulling at this slice of ham bigger that she was.
Our lives are so enriched to have her :love: .....we hope it will be for many more years to come.
I am disabled and when I walk with my canes, if she is around, she will walk with me, especially at night, looking up every couple of steps to make sure I'm allright
Sweet Charlie is our 3rd Main Coon....we just love the breed for all their special ways

She has always loved our waste paper baskets...loves them when they are empty for sleeping and loves them they are full so she can knock them over and get everything out

Your Charlie is beautiful! She looks like she is a constant source of fun and beauty. I too have a main coon mix and she sounds a lot like Charlie. She has to know what is going on at all times. We call her Security-Cat, because she is always walking around the house checking that things are ok. I love your cat's tail---That is about the longest tail I've ever seen! :) Charlie looks to be a very special cat so you are lucky she graces your home!!! Enjoy!

Charlie does have us wrapped around her big, beautiful paws. Even when she is naughty, she gives us those looks and rolls on her back...:D

The little twins did come rushing over yesterday holding in their hands the print out of Charlie being COTD....they were so excited, than ran to give her hugs and kisses and swing her around...then they played fetch with her (yes she brings her mousie back) and gave her treaties till she bust.:)

Her little pink nose was scratched the other day, so it is not too pretty right now. Probably stuck her nose where she shouldn't :eek:
