Error Messages

I keep getting this error message whenever I go to do a search today. I also tried to view posts of a member and got the error as well. Just wanted to let you know in case you were not aware of this.



"connection to localhost:9312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)."

I believe Karen and Paul are working on updating the site and it's probably a temporary thing. Search doesn't work for me either, at the moment. Worse, my Mac Calendar doesn't work and I can't even quit it. :eek:

We are working on the server. Some searches work - otherwise "today's posts" wouldn't work, we will let you know when the other search works again. Paul was making a back-up of the Pet talk database last night and ... well, I'll spare you the technical details, but just assure you we are aware there is an issue.

As you can imagine, the database that hold all 2 million+ messages and all the data for the thousands of users is rather large and doing anything with it takes time.
