As we are all very well aware Cats have processes:D and we hoomans need to be aware of these processes in order to respect a Cat's Zen;). This morning Eve gave me a thorough lesson in understanding Pre-Meditation Grooming followed by her very Zen state:D. She was extremely patience with me and I adore her indulgence:love::love:. To begin:

Find a perfect sun puddle (preferably one with a rythmic design pattern) and begin to assess the self

Dear sweet Eve! What a wonderful demonstration you've given of the pre-meditation grooming exercises! You are a gorgeous model! We also have an abridged version here that consists of walking in a circle on the designated meditating spot, then settling in.

Our Cats are more pratical that we are, they do Yoga and Pilates and dont have to pay out a lot of money:D:D:D
