I have always felt this way. When our furbabies go to the Bridge, we are sad :(. But think how sad and scared some poor stray or cat in a shelter is! Our babies would want us to adopt another and give them a loving home. :love:

I have placed many kitties to people who came into Petsmart because they were "just looking" after losing their cat. If they're there looking, that means they are ready, whether or not they realize it.:love:

this is special. i read the pix wording and now i know why i went to the shelter to get chico when i was looking for a orange kitty.. david wanted me to get a kitty in need.. so i did.. i got chico.. thank you for the kind words of will of a cat witth paws.. i paws a moment to read this.. again thank you for those words.. i will remember that when salmon passes . i go to shelter and find a kitty in need.. i was at the shelter yesterday in fact looking at kitties in need.. i am at my cat limit 4 cats.. there was a maine coon fluffy cat called buttons.. i talked to the buttons kitty and said i hope you find a good home and the kitty purred for me.. 20120606.1431
