What a beautiful, no make that stunning, Umbrella Cockatoo you are, Amgio! And like Avajoy, whenever I see one of your reps I can't help but think back to Baretta, and his sidekick Fred!:cool: And while you might not be fighting the bad guys night and day like Fred, your life sounds every bit as action packed and adventure filled!:D Wow, how amazing that you get to fly free in the beautiful Sierra foothills; every "big bird's" dream life! Of course, when it's time for a little peace and quiet, there's always a warm bed waiting for you at home, a loving Mom to welcome you!:)

It sounds as though your family wasn't quite sure what they signed on to when they agreed to welcome you home, Amigo. As your Mom has said,it's been a wild and crazy journey, and with a nod to Jerry Garcia, one long strange trip!:D But by all accounts things couldn't have worked out better for you or your family! How lucky they are to have such a magnificent, beautiful free spirit, a devoted companion in you, Amigo! I learned quite a bit about "U2" ownership, starting with some of the lingo! I am amazed that a handsome fella such as yourself could be labelled "a terror!" I suppose you had a bad experience with men in the past, not clear, but I did have the fleeting thought that you enjoy women so much you don't tolerate any competition, te hee.

I've never heard of having a bird such as yourself allowed "free flight." My goodness, I think I'd be a nervous mom if I ever went that route. (Having cats, I am not likely to get into birds for a long time). You seem to have everything undercontrol, understanding what you can and cannot challenge.

Somebody loves you very, very much, that comes through in this wonderful write up about you Amigo. Best wishes to you and I hope you get a special water shower to celebrate!

we have 4 unbrella cockatoos ,yours sounds very independent ours would fly away if given the chance .WE have baby ,magic ,busterand princess oops dhe is a moulacan guess we only have threet hat is nice that he gets to fly free to cold here in wash state
