My Sweet Rusty

I received a sympathy card from the vet's office today. They are the ones who diagnosed the cancer and cared for him. Everyone in the office signed it and wrote a little message. It meant so much to me. He made some good friends there. I'm trying not to be sad but I still miss my little guy so much. His memory is so-o-o-o fresh that I feel like I could pick him up and love his fluffy self. Here's a picture of him in his happiest days. He loved to get up on the balcony ledge and walk around...there was no stopping him...he was such a rascal then. So we put a board up so he wouldn't fall off. He used to spend hours out there watching everything. He was an indoor cat so that was his "outdoors", HIS territory.

Oh gosh, just look at that sweet fluffy boy. RIP dear Rusty. Your Meowmie misses you very much. Perhaps some quiet night you could whisk down and purr in her ear so she knows you are Ok and happy and waiting to see her again.

Rusty sure was a gorgeous cat.:) I was at a cat show today and every time one of the judges was holding on orange cat, she would make the comment that orange cats are the sweetest cats that really bond with their owners. I've always loved orangies and have always known that they have great personalities. The two that I have are real sweethearts. I bet that Rusty was also a very sweet boy. RIP sweet Rusty.:(

That is such sad news about Rusty.
What a Great Big Happy Owesome Orange Cat Rusty is, and we know that when Rusty walked up the path to the Rainbow Bridge, that all Our Owesome Orangies were there with hsi wings of Silver and Gold, and tonight In Spain Rusty will get the first dish.
Rusty will miss you, but as your Scout, he will find all the great places where you can ge reunited in love once more.
