I love the shots in which the little bitty bat is hanging by his tail from the human's finger, especially the one in which he spreads his wings to remind us that, tiny as he is, yes he IS a bat!

And those huge human hands being so gentle and careful with him..

:) No Pat that is not his tail he is hanging from.. That is one of his back feet.. Yes I was just there yesterday to comment on the video.. The woman that started all of this & her husband are Great & the Sweetest Couple ever.. Bat World is down town in one of the older buildings.. I think its all so terrific of what they do & all.. Yes I watch the video twice && had LES both times.. Such a wittle cutie pie..

:) No did not get to see the star of the video.. I was just in the front office talking.. It was quite time when I was there && all was resting.. You cannot even imagine what all this couple has done for the Bats that are local ones.. And like I said they travel everywhere for rescues.. They are known world wide..

Now that is one extraordinary video! Lil' Drac was handled with so much gentleness and love by his human caregivers. More than anything, I hope and pray this adorable little guy survives :love:

I wanted to watch this video for quite some time but never seemed to find the right moment. Now I watched it and loved it so much. I always loved the flight of the bats after dusk but I had no idea how cute babies they are.
I think it is fantastic what these people do for Lil Drac and the other bats.

I've never seen a bat that small - how very cute. :) It's great that someone helps it survive, now that the mother abandoned it.
