Oh dear...I would have had a heart failure!

But, seriously, yes, he views it as a gift for you.

Havoc brings me something that he's killed just about every night, either in the bed or on the floor next to it. Fortunately for all involved, all of his "victims" are stuffed toys.:p

It was a real mousie, thankfully (for me, not the mouse) it was not alive....:D

I found a few dead mice in the Found Cat Hotel.
With all the Porch Cats there , I wonder how any little mousie can get through the Cat barricade.:love:

He's just concerned for your well-being, you know! ;) He knows what poor hunters we humans are, and he was just making certain that you had fresh protein available for your first meal of the day! :D

Hey Franklin,
Your Meowmie must be so proud of you being such a great hunter! It was very thoughtful of you to leave your present for her right where she couldn't miss it.

A few years ago I caught a mousie in our house. Soncat had to work late that night and I knew he'd be so tired when he got home. Well, I put the mousie on his pillow to let him know I missed him while he was working. Was he ever surprised!

Your friend,
Groucho

So far Autumn has never left me a 'present' in the bed but she recently left me a good sized hairball in the hallway, it was big enough that I didn't step on it

Calvin is a city cat and had never seen the like of micies. The first day I moved into my mom's house between apartments, he appeared with a still very alive mouse in his mouth. He growled at me while I screamed for my dad's help! I know darn well the my mom's cat had caught it and Calvin took the credit!
