Ignore Option

Can you tell if you've been placed on someone's ignore list? Does it also apply to private messages? I don't use it often, but I have recently used it for a couple nay-sayers, and wonder if they can tell.

It does apply to private messages, you will not see any from that person, even if they send them. And no, they don't get a notice tattling on you "X has you on Ignore!"
