Gorgeous Gorby

Gorby is an adopted feral kitten, the last of a litter of four kittens. His brothers were all placed in good homes and he now lives in our home together with three older brothers and sisters from different litters. His mama cat was brought in from the cold late last year and his daddy is our permanent guest in his own heated "condo" on our back porch. ping drivers g20 (http://www.golfnewspace.com/goods-16586-ping-g20-driver.html) He is a bundle of love and the apple of my wife's eye, his right eye has the same color as my wife's eyes while the left eye is just like his biological mother's eyes. Made me ;)

What a beautiful kitty and a funny tribute to him. Being from Montreal and knowing how many cats are homeless or are being killed in shelters etc due to overpopulation it's very heartwarming for me to read about the cats who have loving homes. Especially if they were a little feral or scared to begin with - thanks for your patience. I hope that Gorby and the other members of your fur family will be with you for many years to come.

Mr. Gorby, You certainly are a handsome boy! You are quite a handful with your activities. I laughed when I read that you like to help mom change the bedsheets. I know exactly what you mean. My Luke doesnt do it but at one time I had a Siamese that "helped". It is obvious that you have a wonderful home and cat friends and loving humans. I hope all of you have many years together. Gorgeous Gorby, you could be the twin to my Schuyler, who was honoured as COTD on 12-2-03!:D Sorry I don't know how to put a link to him but just search archives and you can see how identical you are!:cool: Just like you, his right eye is blue. Do you have vision in your blue eye? Schuyler does not which is common of pure white cats with the blue eye gene. The ear corresponding to the blue eye can be deaf as well. I am not sure if Schuyler has hearing in his right ear or not. It is very special how you tuck in your people each night with head butts and purrs.:love: I hope you have a fun filled COTD celebration with your feline siblings and your devoted human guardians, handsome Gorby! :)

Gorby, you are a beautiful cat. I feel like I know you, because one of my cats is also a white kitty with a blue eye and a green eye. His personality is a bit more lazy than yours, but loveable all the same.

I was just on the Cat General forum, looked up, and said, "The COTD looks just like Kimba!" Gorby, you look just like my little rescue kitty, Kimba, only you have those beautiful eyes. Kimmy just has both eyes yellow/green. You are such a gorgeous kitty and very deserving of being our COTD!:love:
