:) I was thrilled to see and read about Maru! I adopted 4 female rats from a rescue league, and they are adorable!! I was a little worried, though, when you talked about getting a boyfriend for Maru. Rats can have 4-5 litters per year with a litter size of 8-10. As I said earlier, I adopted mine from a rescue league--there's lots of homeless rats out there. Just be sure you can find good homes for all those babies.
