I enjoyed reading your story. Your owner seems to love you very much. How cool it is to be able to just put your head inside your shell and take a nap or hide if you need to. That would come in handy.

Peek-a-boo is amazing! I love turtles, they look so wise, guess they might have picked up a few smarts since their ancesters have been here for over two million yrs. I love box turtles too. When I used to drive, I'd stop the car when I would see one crossing the road to help it across. Could not stand the thought of them getting hurt by cars. I'm sure I never saw one as pretty as you!!! Your human is so lucky to have you sharing your life with him/her.
