I did some research on your Angel Rose. I didn't remember how you acquired her. I found this post/thread about Angel (http://petoftheday.com/talk/showthread.php?t=154979) and read through at least half of it. I remember keeping track of it now. :) She sure was a determined little kitty. She sounds like Sam. Once he gets an idea in his brain there is no getting him to change it, short of the water bottle.

She sure is a beautiful kitty.

I loved that thread. Didn't make my way through all of it, but thanks for finding it, spunkysmom. I love how Angel and Winnie both have those half-colour noses in one of the pictures so they look like mirror copies of one another :D And I loved this


Angel has been sassing me. When I tell her NO, she looks at me like she just can not believe what she is hearing. Then she starts making a huffing sound and opens her mouth and says: Ack Ack Ack at me.

You don't know how lucky you were. If I could have gotten my teenager to say Ack Ack Ack at me when he was in That Phase I would have celebrated all week :D

The little cat at the SPCA who I've been visiting is a tortoiseshell. With a shade-shadow right down the centreline of her nose :) She doesn't miaow or talk much out loud, but if you look back when she's looking at you but doesn't want to be touched, you can see she's whispering ack-ack-ack some of the time. Sometimes it seems like she's just being sociable. Sometimes it's dead crankiness.
