Casper is beautiful, my sheltie looks alot like that! Enjoy all that love and devotion because their live spans are so short. We lost our other sheltie at age 13 and a lot of people said that was close to the normal lifespan of 14, I wanted much more time !!!

It seems that you have a great life...and I kinda' know what you mean about not wanting to part with the pups...but just think that they will all go into wonderful homes like yours!

I can't imagine anyone not getting a little teary after reading your Mommy's heartfelt tribute to her best buddy, her loving companion and loyal protector! You and she have accomplished so much together in just a few short years, in and out of the show ring. And while she now finds herself a bit more limited in her ability to participate in some of those fun things you used to do together, it's clear the bond of love and trust you and she share grows stronger and deeper with each passing day!:love:

You embody all that we doggie lovers cherish in your beloved Collie breed, Casper! And while Lassie may have set the standard for Collies those many years ago, I'd have to say a dog named Casper just raised the bar a notch or two!:cool: How lucky your family is, having a best friend and devoted furkid as wonderful as you, Casper!
