I am so happy you have a wonderful home and loving family all your own now. Just thinking of you being caught in a trap makes me shudder. I'm so glad you were not hurt. I keep thinking of those horrible old traps that snap shut on animals legs. I think they are banned now.

What a gorgeous Callie girl you are, Nutsy! Your human may have thought she/he wanted a Tuxie, but you showed her...him!;) But your person never really had a chance, did she Nutsy? I mean who could resist a girl as charming and loving as you? As your wise human has reminded us, the rewards of rescue are priceless, and how well your person's compassion has been repaid...with your unconditional love! What a perfect match for your person you turned out to be!:cool:

I never heard of marking spay/neuter and release by clipping an ear!:confused: But I'm sure those good folks who do such great work do need some visible sign to alert them to an already treated kitty! But regardless, snipped ear or not, you couldn't be more beautiful if you tried; beautiful inside and out!:love: How lucky your person is, having such a devoted, loving gem of a furkid in you, Nutsy; a best friend and soul mate for life!:)
