I got a call from a friend who is also into rescue. She told me she got a call from the manager of the the Mexican Restaurant saying an orange cat was hanging around. He the told the staff to put cat food.

My friend Chris called and asked me if i wanted to take a ride to check it out. I went out on my own to check it out. Put two cans of food and he came running. He's not feral. He's a beautiful orange and white domestic medium hair who is a very sweet cat.

I got there early, put a can in the carrier and he went right in. I shut the door behind him. He was scared but seemed healthy.

Got a call from the vet. He's healthy, negative for leukemia and aids and has been neutered.

I slept very well that night knowin that he's safe, warm and fed. My friend at Animal Friends is going to take him in and try to find him a loving home.

One more male that ain't gonna be a baby daddy. Amen!!!!

I need to find more friends like you that are willing to take in cats :)

I'm still trying to decide what I'm going to do with the two boys I have. They both will allow me to pet them I'm going to see them again tonight to see how they are doing. Poor things are just so scared.

They are going to be fixed this Thursday night.

Great job! :) Will the shelter let you know about his future? I hope he'll find a loving family.

I just talked to Judy, who's the director. He's neutered and is doing great!!! They had to shave parts of him because he was so matted. I'm SO glad he's off the streets.
