I am babysitting a neighbour's Dachshund puppy today and tomorrow. The cats are going to freak! We brought Frankie over on Sunday to socialise with the cats, well, let's just say Jasmine came downstairs all fuzzed up like an electrified stuffed toy and hissed like a snake, and Mini ran up the stairs and hid under the bed!
I am hoping today's visit is a little more friendly! I'll post some pics later.

LOL Nicole. :D I'd love to see pictures of all 3 of them together. I think that Storm and Pepper would be very scared. Sunny might be okay since he was raised around cats and dogs. :)

My cats do so well with dogs. Sure, the first day there is some hestitation, but it dissappears fairly quickly. My cat Allie loves dogs...

He he, let's just say I didn't get that picture! The shutter speed and the camera operator were far too slow to catch the furious flayings of the furry threesome. I was exhausted after an hour! Jasmine would chase Frankie mercilessly, I'd go and rescue Frankie, then Frankie would chase Mini so I'd have to comfort him, then Jasmine would corner us all, trying to grab Frankie again! Phew! I ended up leaving the cats inside and took the dog outside to play - much more relaxing. She's the sweetest little thing. I'll put a few pics on Dog General, the camera captured her beautifully.
I'd love to have dogs as well, but I don't think we're ready for the integration process ...
