embed code

just wondering.. I want to share some thing.. but it only gives me an embed code and I can´t for the life of me figure out how to post it... or if it´s even possible..

I can share it via fb and a bunch other sites.. but for sharing to those not listed it gives me the embed code..

what should I do to share here?..

Have you tried posting the embed code? See what happens.

BTW they never work for me; I've asked on here, I know Laura can do it (Laura's Babies) but even she said it is hit or miss.
