Former COTD (6-16-2003) - Benny

It is with deep sorrow and regret I inform followers that former COTD Benny (http://catoftheday.com/archive/2003/June/16.html) has gone. Just weeks short of nineteen years old (4/19/1992 - 1/22/2011), CRF finally became more than any pet should bear. Benny was special right to the end, offering nose bumps and charming the vet staff with his grace and good looks. He leaves behind his Dad and Mom, and younger brothers Igor (http://catoftheday.com/archive/2003/September/26.html) and Ozzy. He will be missed always.

And sadly another of Our Dear Senior Kittyzens has gone.
I know that All of Our Senior Pet Talker Angels will be there at the Overhill Restaurant in Greece tonight and will award Benny with his Wings of Silver and Gold.
Then Benny will be given the first plate and he will start his life as a Member of Our Awesome Angels Army.

Benny is a very Good Cat, and he will start his search for that one Special Rendez Vous when he , and His Family are reunited.

Thanks to all for the kind words. It helps blunt the pain of the emptiness Benny has left behind. He had enough personality for ten cats, and no matter how long we had to prepare, there is no denying that there is a huge vacuum now that he's gone. I know you all understand that.
