My maine coon is diabetic and he gets 4 units of insulin twice daily along with eatting purina DM wet and dry food. Right now he has diarrhea and I really don't know what to do for him. Help Please.

Yes, phone your Vet, especially with kitty being a diabetic. There is something by Purina called FortiFlora that Vets sometimes recommend, but follow your Vet's advice. FortiFlora is a powder sprinkled on top of their food, and cats seem to really like it. How long has he had the diarrhea?
